Abstract Submission
Important Notes and Submission Rules
- Abstracts must be submitted online via the congress website using the abstract submission system, and must be written in Turkish.
- Abstracts sent via email or postal mail will not be accepted.
- Abstracts submitted online will be published as submitted if accepted, so please ensure correct spelling and grammar.
Presenting authors must complete their registration by August 10, 2025. Abstracts of unregistered authors will not be included in the congress abstract book.

Abstract Writing Guidelines
- Abstracts will be collected via the online submission system.
- Academic titles should not be used in author names.
- Author names should be written in lowercase, with only the first letter capitalized.
- Authors must indicate their institutional affiliations.
- The abstract title should be written with only the first letter capitalized (except for abbreviations).
- If abbreviations are used, their full form must be provided in parentheses.
- The abstract should briefly state the aim and methods of the study, summarize the findings with sufficient numerical detail, and present the conclusion based on the findings.
- Abstracts must be structured under the headings: Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- The abstract text (excluding title and author names) must not exceed 300 words.
- Abstracts may be submitted in either Poster or Oral format. The most appropriate topic category should be selected during submission.
Abstract Evaluation
All abstracts will be evaluated by the
Abstract Review Committee, with author names and institutions
blinded during the review process.
Evaluation results will be sent to all authors via notification letters
Presentation Information
Poster Presentations
- Accepted poster abstracts will be published in the Congress Abstract Book after the congress.
- Posters that are not displayed during the congress will not be published in the Abstract Book.
- Details on poster preparation will be provided in the acceptance letters.
Oral Presentations
- Accepted oral presentations may be prepared using any electronic presentation software.
- Each oral presentation will be allocated 7 minutes.
- If an accepted abstract is not presented at the scheduled time and date, it will be excluded from the Congress Abstract Book.
